Slow roasted pork belly, fennel, ginger, chilli and mash

Queen size prawns, tempura batter and sweet chilli mayo.

Sirloin

200g or 300g Free range Chalmar beef, served with a choice of the following:

- Madagascan pepper sauce or
- Biltong mushroom sauce

Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with feta & spinach, wrapped in bacon.

Calamari

Falkland Islands calamari, seasoned flour, grilled, lemon butter sauce, deep fried suid heads.

Venison of the Day

Locally sourced venison that is in season, your host will inform you of our selection and it's method of preparation

Risotto

Ask your waiter for the Risotto of the day

 

Beef Fillet

200g or 300g Free range beef fillet served with a choice of the following:

- Biltong mushroom sauce or
- Mustard sauce

Lamb

Slow roasted Karoo lamb with brown gravy, mint jelly and rosemary potato wedges.

Biltong and danish feta or try our famous seafood pizza.
