Falkland Islands calamari, lightly dusted in seasoned flour, grilled & topped with a lemon butter or Cajun spice. Served with homemade tartar sauce. Topped with deep fried squid heads.

Biltong Salad

Crispy green salad with sliced biltong, Danish feta, and olives. Drizzled with a mixed berry and balsamic dressing

Tempura Prawns

3 Queen sized prawns, deep fried in tempura batter served with a homemade sweet-chilli mayonnaise and a small salad.

*Grilled Duck Breast

Deboned duck breast, grilled medium, topped with a mild green Thai litchi sauce.

Main Courses

Chicken

Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese, sundried tomato, fresh basil & wrapped in puff pastry. Rested on pan fried spinach, smoked cocktail tomato and draped with a prego sauce - accompanied by potato croquettes.

Calamari

Falkland Islands calamari, lightly dusted in seasoned flour or plain grilled & topped with a lemon butter or Cajun spice. Served with homemade tartar sauce. Topped with deep fried squid heads and served with savoury rice

Oxtail

Tender, slow cooked oxtail, served on a bed of mash

Sirloin

Well matured free range Chalmar beef, grilled & served with a choice of either Madagascan pepper, biltong mushroom or Hollandaise sauce

Beef Fillet Duo

Soft Beef Fillet Medallions – one served with creamy mushroom sauce, one with Madagascan pepper sauce

Lamb

Slow roasted Karoo lamb , served with a red wine and honey mustard sauce. Served with seasonal veg. Accompanied by pan fried potatoes.

Venison/Game

Locally sourced venison that is in season. Your host will inform you of our selection and its method of preparation.

Fresh Line Fish of the day

Grilled and served with roasted cinnamon and honey sweet potatoes, rested on a bed of julienne pan fried veg.
